NASPA Campus Tours

Los Angeles, California

Often termed the “City of Angels”, offers a rare opportunity to catch a glimpse America’s rich history and culture. The Los Angeles area is home to both public and private colleges and universities that includes prestigious private and public institutions, and some of the best media and entertainment areas in the country. This tour will take you to visit four diverse and distinctive campuses, introduce you to academic programs and services that help to mold future leaders, workers and innovators, and invite you to visit one of the greatest sporting venues of the world.

During the tour we will engage in discussion about the variety of educational opportunities and the challenges and advantages of each educational structure. We will also receive an overview of the educational opportunities associated with the community college experience. The tour will provide us with the opportunity to understand the various institutional categories. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Space is limited so please reserve your space today.

Visit California State University, Dominguez Hills (breakfast) 

10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.               
Visit El Camino College

12:00 p.m. - 12:50 p.m.                   
Visit University of Southern California 

1:10 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.                 
Visit Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum (Lunch) 
 
2:30 p.m. - 3:20 p.m.                       
Visit Los Angeles Trade Technical College

Currently the Campus Tours are scheduled to physically go to California State-Dominguez Hills, El Camino College, the University of Southern California, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, and Los Angeles Trade Technical College. There will also be other schools showcasing their programs that aren't a part of the physical tour, so that you can get an idea of the many universities Los Angeles has to offer!
