2023 NASPA Annual Conference

Mid-Level Professionals

Mid-level administrators have a unique position in student affairs. Defined as student affairs professionals who serve in roles between (and not including) entry-level positions and AVP (and the equivalent) roles, mid-level administrators are valued members of the NASPA community.  The Conference Leadership Committee is focused on making sure you see yourself in the content we develop for the 2023 event!

Meet the Mid-level Administrators Steering Committee

Earlier this year, NASPA established a Mid-level Administrators Steering Committee. The Steering Committee comprises 20 mid-level administrators who serve at a wide variety of institutional types throughout the seven NASPA regions. It works to ensure that relevant programs relevant to mid-level administrators are offered during regional and national events.

Unique Educational Programming for the Mid-Level Experience

From sessions about budgeting and supervision to learning experiences about how to make the most of the mid-level position, there are a plethora of learning opportunities at the NASPA Annual Conference for the mid-level administrator. The full conference schedule will be live later this fall, so check back for specific sessions selected by the Conference Leadership Committee targeted for the mid-level SA pro.
