General Interest Sessions are traditional program sessions that last for 50 minutes and are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the NASPA Annual Conference. They are designed to be interactive conversations between presenters and participants and allow attendees to grow skills and competencies.

The content of General Interest Sessions reflects NASPA's guiding principles of integrity, innovation, inclusion, and inquiry.
Constituent Sponsored Sessions
NASPA has many communities and groups that tailor your NASPA experience to your location, professional level, institutional type, and interests. Constituent groups focus on a specific content area.
In the call for programs process, you may choose to submit your program to be considered for sponsorship by a particular constituent group. The Constituent Sponsored Sessions available at the 2022 NASPA Annual Conference will be:
- Knowledge Community Sponsorship
- AVP Steering Committee
- Community Colleges Division
- Professional Standards Division
- Public Policy Division
- Small Colleges & Universities Division
- Center for First-generation Student Success
Programs submitted as a Constituent Sponsored Session will also be considered in the general interest pool, if not selected by the sponsoring group.
