A Gathering at the Table: HBCUs Past, Present, Future
PC 08As a result of COVID-19 and continued racism, it is critical that we are cognitive of how institutions will thrive. More specifically, this pre conference focuses on the institutional effectiveness of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). This session will provide in-depth learning and interactive strategies around assessment, staff development, and institutional effectiveness from a student affairs perspective for HBCU professionals. A reflection on the past, present, and future practices will be embedded as case studies during the pre conference.
