Attending to Worldview Diversity: A Vital Precursor to Fostering Inclusion and Welcome for All

PC 39

How do you create a campus community climate that is welcoming and inclusive to all? A national, mixed-methods study examining the religious and spiritual dimensions of campus community climate helps answer this question. Presenters in this session will share findings about students’ experiences with worldview diversity in college, highlight dimensions of the campus environment that can promote or hinder inclusion, and offer strategies for better supporting students with diverse worldviews.
