Dual to Degree: Strengthening the Pipeline from Dual Enrollment to Degree-Seeking Student (ID 21)

Dual to Degree is a retention and transition program for former dual enrollment students at a community college who enroll in a degree-granting program at the college immediately following high school graduation. Students are given a 50% tuition scholarship and additional support resources for up to two years, provided they meet certain academic and involvement requirements. The presenter will share a case study of the Dual to Degree program, discuss how similar programs may satisfy institutional goals of enrollment and retention, and explore how practitioners can infuse student affairs work into enrollment management.
