Fraternity and Sorority Life: Big Leadership for Big Change

PC 35

One of the greatest assets and liabilities in the student affairs portfolio is Fraternity and Sorority Life. Research on the effects of involvement in Greek organizations is often complex and competing. More than ever, colleges and universities are compelled to align the practices and culture of fraternal chapters to the mission and values of the university. Research and information will be presented and participants will be guided through a discussion on change for our universities and Greek programs.
