Leadership During Unprecedented Crisis: Lessons Learned by New Vice Presidents

Join three new vice presidents who will discuss "Leadership During Unprecedented Crisis." Leading the student affairs divisions at a private HBCU, a public HBCU, and a private liberal arts university, the presenters will share lessons learned, mistakes made, triumphs experiened, and provide practical advice for current or aspiring vice presidents. Topics will imclude decision making, staff motivation, student centered advocacy, and the politics of the president's cabinet. Participants will engage throughout this workshop in hopes that all of us will reenergize each other, learn practical advice, gain new leadership tools for whatever position they currently hold.
