Measuring for Success: Selecting Effective Tools and Methods, Expanding Your Measurement Toolbox
Selecting tools that yield valid and reliable evidence of specific outcomes is a hallmark of good assessment practice. In this interactive session, the presenters will describe and provide practical applications for direct and indirect measures and discuss benefits and drawbacks to different measures. Participants will engage in simulations to select the best tools for the given scenario, and will leave the session with a quick reference guide that outlines considerations for the use of measures.
