Meeting the Demand for Mental Health on Campus: The Role and Responsibility of the AVP

PC 25

The demand for mental health services continues to grow, outpacing current resource availability on some campuses. What can an AVP do when you can't add additional resources but you need to meet student mental health needs? This pre-conference session looks at ways student affairs divisions can reimagine mental health services to better meet student demand. In addition to discussing innovative programs, participants will work together to reimagine mental health programming.
