Navigating Organizational Misconduct
PC 06Senior student affairs administrators find themselves increasingly likely to become ensnared in organizational misconduct, particularly with high profile groups like fraternities and sports teams. A well-designed process not only changes student behavior, but encourages peer and self-governance, promotes healthier campus cultures, and builds goodwill among students and stakeholders. In this session, the presentation team will examine the challenges with adversarial organizational misconduct models, and present an alternative model framework designed to create positive, community-wide culture change.
