Promoting Equity & Inclusion through Intentional Practice
There is a noticeable gap between espoused and enacted values around equity and diversity in postsecondary education. While institutions speak about the importance of these issues, dedication to making them come to fruition is less visible. This workshop provides tools to think differently about how to use data to support diverse student constituencies, and how to supplement data collection and analysis strategies with designs that show promise for promoting inclusion.
