Queering Leadership: Leveraging your Queer Identity as an out Administrator

PC 14

According to a recent study by the Human Rights Campaign, over half of LGBTQIA+ personnel nationwide hide their queer identity at work. In this interactive capacity building session, queer administrators in management roles at three unique institutions will engage participants in dialogue on how to embrace your full self to influence others. Presenters will lead participants in conversations surrounding key dimensions of leadership and share strategies for building social capital in their roles.
