Participants will be provided a forum for seasoned diversity and senior student affairs professionals to reflect on the ways the current national and global political landscape, the rise of white nationalism and supremacy, the increase in campus activism and crisis situations is impacting our work; institutional policies and practices; our professional roles and responsibilities; our leadership and our own values. This will be an interactive session.
