When "we have always done things this way" is a go to sentiment, leaders have to turn to strategy to fuel innovation and strategic change. Effective leaders build capacity by addressing motivation influencers for teams through building partnerships to achieve outcomes. Administrators will participate in exercises that explore the relationship of institutional culture and change management. Participants will engage in the roles of resistance, agreement, trust, and transformation as they relate to the change process.
