This session is designed to be a comprehensive overview of student conduct administration and student conduct practice. The presenters will share their extensive experience adjudicating student conduct referrals and will share foundational principles of student conduct work. Participants will learn fundamentals of student conduct processes including: due process, equity, fairness, pertinent case law, investigations, types of hearings, sanctioning, and appeals. If you supervise Conduct or want to work in Conduct, this session is for you.
