The Intersectionality of Leadership Development

PC 57

How do our individual identities intersect and impact the lens in which we do our work? As educators, we often bring together our students to discuss, analyze, reflect and synthesize the world around us and our campuses. We know leadership is not "one size fits all"and that our identities, perspectives and experiences impact our views on leadership and our style. This pre-conference session sponsored by the Student Leadership Programs Knowledge Community will look at the intersectionality of identity and leadership development and its impact on our work as educators.
