2020 NASPA Annual Conference

Think it, Plan it, Execute it (Sold Out)

Student affairs professionals are excellent at thinking outside of the box and exhibiting creativity, but aren’t always equipped with the knowledge and skills to launch their ideas. This session is designed to encourage student affairs professionals to be innovative in their practice. Participants will 1) gain tools to assist them in expressing and advocating for their ideas through presentation format and small group activities. 2) learn how to create SMART goals and write proposals to gain buy-in from decision makers through active learning practices, and 3) practice presentation skills through role playing and pair-share activities. All levels of practitioners are welcomed and encouraged to attend. This session is sold out.
