Women: How to Fight for What You Want and Get What You Need

PC 21

The focus of this session will be on women in student affairs who have ever second-guessed themselves, felt unsupported in their role, or struggled with how to ask for what they need in the workplace. Be a part of a vibrant community of women supporting women as we learn strategies for self-advocacy in the workplace, focus on identifying our support networks, and navigate how to better promote our own successes. Expanded from a standing-room-only 50-minute session in 2018, join us to engage with other professionals during this impactful program.
