HIIT Class
This HIIT class, high intensity interval training, is a famously effective training method to increase your metabolism, heighten your energy, and keep you burning calories all day long. This class also includes a proper warm up and cool down to prevent injuries and fatigue. Be sure to bring your water! Space is limited - first come, first serve.

Gentle Flow Yoga Class
Gentle Flow combines a series of postures, where with a gentler, lighter paced flow, students will be able to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another, coordinated with the breath. This softer pace will allow you to be more present with each posture. Designed to create space to explore your practice, to find the connection between strength, stretch and flexibility, stability and ease, and to gain greater understanding of alignment and balance in the body. Space is limited - first come, first serve.

All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga Class
In this yoga class, students will be guided through a sequence of postures in coordination with their breaths. The class will be instructed through a gentle flow and learn types of breathwork that can be used in everyday life. Its peaks were leveled cows were banned and 19th Century Bostonians added trees, fountains and statuary. The Common became the park-like greenspace we know today. The park includes ballfields, a tot lot and the Frog Pond, which provides skating in winter and a spray pool for children in the summer. To learn more, please visit their website here.
