Kim has consistently volunteered with Registration at the NASPA Annual Conference for the last few years. She has welcomed and assisted countless attendees at our past events and even helped train other volunteers at the Registration Desk as well! The NASPA Annual Conference Team is always honored and excited to work with amazing volunteers like Kim each year!
With over twenty years of experience as a NASPA volunteer, I can confidently say that it's been a transformative part of my professional journey. As a new professional, volunteering with NASPA provided me with an invaluable opportunity to network with seasoned professionals who I aspired to emulate. I was able to learn from their experiences, gain insight into their roles and establish meaningful relationships that have endured throughout my career. Volunteering with NASPA allowed me to tap into a community of dedicated professionals who share my passion for student affairs.
As I've continued to volunteer with NASPA over the years, I've found that it's not only a way to give back to the organization, but also a way to continue growing and learning as a professional. I've had the opportunity to experience the conference from behind the scenes, meet new colleagues and develop new skills. I highly encourage others to join me and volunteer with NASPA this year in New Orleans.
