NASPA 2024 Inclusion and Accessibility

Hello, NASPA friends! As a member of the Inclusion and Accessibility Subcommittee for our 2024 NASPA Annual Conference I am excited to be one of the first ones to welcome you to the wonderful (yet sometimes gray) city of Seattle. Our committee has been working diligently to ensure that everyone’s experience is impactful.

Participants will find information about accommodations on the NASPA Inclusion and Accessibility page on the Annual Conference website. Accommodations requests may be filled out through the NASPA Accommodation Form.

Signage with directions to places such as elevators, restrooms, prayer rooms, and self-care and nursing spaces will be throughout the venue. There will also be shuttles from nearby hotels to the Seattle Convention Center. More information will be provided on the NASPA website.

Local resources are also available! Seattle is very public transit-friendly. Below you will find information about King County Metro, SoundTransit, as well as SeaTac Airport. Participants are also welcome to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi.
